Su importancia radica en la forma en que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la tributaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ejemplo, si un ciudadano se establece en otro pa\u00eds, est\u00e1 legalmente obligado a reportar todos los ingresos que genera en ese pa\u00eds. Por lo tanto, para evitar el pago de dos impuestos en diferentes pa\u00edses, se recomienda obtener el certificado de residencia fiscal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La doble imposici\u00f3n es la situaci\u00f3n en la que el contribuyente debe pagar dos veces el impuesto en diferentes pa\u00edses, pero por los mismos ingresos. Como mencionamos en el ejemplo anterior, el ingreso ser\u00e1 gravado tanto en el pa\u00eds donde se obtuvo como en el pa\u00eds de residencia fiscal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un certificado de residencia fiscal es un documento emitido por las administraciones fiscales del pa\u00eds donde la persona f\u00edsica o jur\u00eddica se ha establecido, creado con el prop\u00f3sito de presentar informaci\u00f3n sobre el estatus fiscal del contribuyente. Gracias a este certificado, se puede demostrar f\u00e1cilmente el lugar de residencia fiscal para evitar la doble imposici\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Obtenci\u00f3n del certificado de residencia fiscal en Ruman\u00eda<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para obtener el certificado de residencia fiscal, la persona f\u00edsica o jur\u00eddica solicitante debe cumplir con ciertos criterios establecidos por las autoridades fiscales del pa\u00eds en el que desea establecer su residencia fiscal. Por ejemplo, los criterios pueden incluir el tiempo de estancia en el pa\u00eds y el prop\u00f3sito de la estancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tanto para personas f\u00edsicas como jur\u00eddicas con residencia en Ruman\u00eda, las solicitudes para la emisi\u00f3n de certificados de residencia fiscal se presentan electr\u00f3nicamente por los solicitantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed, para las personas f\u00edsicas, los documentos necesarios para la emisi\u00f3n del certificado de residencia fiscal son:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solicitud tipo;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copia del documento de identidad (en el caso de personas f\u00edsicas con domicilio en Ruman\u00eda).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed, el certificado de residencia fiscal es emitido por el Ministerio de Finanzas P\u00fablicas a solicitud de la persona interesada, mediante el llenado de una solicitud tipo, espec\u00edficamente el formulario para personas f\u00edsicas <\/span><b>Z03<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, disponible en el sitio web <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.anaf.ro<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La solicitud y los documentos adjuntos pueden presentarse en la sede de la unidad fiscal o en formato electr\u00f3nico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cuanto al tiempo de procesamiento de dicha solicitud, en principio, el certificado de residencia fiscal es emitido por la autoridad competente dentro de los 3 d\u00edas posteriores a la fecha de presentaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los documentos necesarios para la emisi\u00f3n de certificados de residencia en el caso de personas jur\u00eddicas en Ruman\u00eda son los siguientes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solicitud tipo &#8211; <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">el formulario que deben completar las personas jur\u00eddicas es el Z01.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copia del Certificado de Registro &#8211; que se obtiene del Registro Mercantil.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed, para evitar la doble imposici\u00f3n, el certificado de residencia es esencial para las personas que desean beneficiarse de los tratamientos fiscales preferenciales previstos en los acuerdos fiscales entre pa\u00edses.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un certificado de residencia fiscal en Ruman\u00eda?
